While poking around the Pennsylvania Ballet website I came across this beautiful video of one of the company warm ups. It reminded me of our warm ups at the theater before dress rehearsals and performances that I have always loved. There is something so inspiring and exciting about being on stage under the lights and looking out at an empty auditorium knowing that the next time you step foot on stage you’ll be capturing the attention of hundreds or even thousands of people.
